Visitor’s regulations Colakreek

To guarantee all visitors an enjoyable stay at Colakreek, please observe the following regulations:

• HELP KEEP COLAKREEK CLEAN! Put all waste in the garbage bins at the resort.
• Access of visitors and vehicles to the resort and parking area is only possible after payment of entrance and parking fees. Keep your entrance and parking ticket. This must be shown upon inspection at the resort. At failure to do so, you will be denied access to the resort.
• Loading and unloading of goods at the resort is allowed. You are, however, required to drive slowly with the driver’s window open and your sound system turned off, in caution of children who may be walking around. Your vehicle should be returned to the parking area within 10 minutes after loading and unloading. Due to safety reasons, this provision may be suspended temporarily.
• Your safety at Colakreek is of utmost importance to us! Our security staff and life guards will safeguard this. Use of our facilities is nonetheless your own responsibility. See to it therefore that no harm is caused to you and other visitors. Parents, keep a close eye on your children!
• Soft music for your own entertainment, without use of sound equipment or amplifiers, is allowed during day recreation hours between 9.00 - 17.30. Loud music is never allowed nor is it allowed to tap electricity. If other visitors suffer hindrance, the music will be stopped immediately. We therefore recommend the use of earphones.
• Playing music in and near the holiday cabins is not allowed nor is the use of sound equipment (radio, tv, laptops etc.)
• Never jump in the creek since there can be dangerous objects in it, carried along by the current. The restricted areas in the creek have been placed to mark a soggy bottom, pointed tree trunks that could not be removed or other dangerous situations. Never neglect these markings, even if you are an excellent swimmer!
• Fishing is not allowed in the creek! Hooks and rope, left behind, can be dangerous for swimmers.
• Ball and other hindering games are not allowed in the creek. There are special areas at the resort where games can be enjoyed.
• If you wish to leave the recreation park for a short period, to return later, you need to show your entrance ticket at the check-point where it will be stamped.
• Please do not enter the private ground across the creek.
• It is not allowed to take along pets or animals to the resort.
• It is urgently required that you observe the written regulations and instructions of our staff at all times. Where necessary, our personnel are authorized to act in cases not mentioned in these regulations. All visitors have the right to a pleasant and safe stay!
  

NOTE: At rent of the resort and during events, a deviation can be made to the regulations mentioned under items e and f.
