Visitor’s regulations Colakreek

To guarantee all visitors an enjoyable stay at Colakreek, please observe the following regulations:

• HELP KEEP COLAKREEK CLEAN! Place all food remains and other waste in the garbage bins at the resort.
• Access of visitors and vehicles to the resort and parking area is only allowed after payment of entrance- and parking fees. Keep your entrance receipt, this must be shown upon inspection to prevent an improper use of the resort.
• Loading and unloading of personal goods is possible at the resort. Please drive slowly with the driver’s window open and your music system turned off, in caution of children who may be running or playing around. After loading or unloading, please return your vehicle, preferably within 10 minutes, to the parking area. Because of safety reasons, this permission may be withdrawn temporarily.
• Use of the facilities is for your own responsibility. Parents, please keep close watch on your children.
• Soft music for your own enjoyment, without sound systems or amplifiers is allowed (max. 50 decibel) during day recreation from 09.00 – 17.30 hrs in a zone at the resort especially intended for this.
• Loud music is never allowed and tapping electricity is prohibited. If other visitors are hindered, the music will be stopped immediately. We advise you to use earphones.
• Music is not allowed in the ‘QUIET ZONE’.
• Never jump into the creek, there may be dangerous objects in the water carried along by the current. The restricted parts in the creek are there for specific reasons, e.g. muddy bottom of the creek, sharp tree trunks that are difficult to remove or other dangerous situations. Do not swim here, even if you are an excellent swimmer!
• Eating and drinking on the curb stone and platforms at the creek is not allowed.
• Fishing is not allowed in the creek. Hooks and lines left behind can lead to injuries.
• The watercycles may only be used within the specially allocated areas. The water hammocks may never be used in the children’s swimming area in the creek due to safety reasons.
• Ball games and other plays that may hinder other visitors are not allowed in the creek. The resort’s facilities include special play grounds for recreational games and plays.
• If you wish to leave the recreation area to return later, please show your entrance ticket at the check-point where it will be marked with a day stamp.
• Do not enter or use the private grounds on the other side of the creek.
• Pets or other animals are not allowed on the premises.
• It is very important that all visitors follow the written signs and instructions of the personnel at the resort, at all times. Action may be taken against visitors in cases not described in these regulations. We wish to guarantee all visitors at the resort a safe and pleasant stay! 
  

NOTE: At rent of the resort and during events, a deviation can be made to the regulations mentioned under items e and f.
